These samples are NOT royalty free in the case of a MAJOR LABEL placement. In the case of a MAJOR LABEL placement, you will split the publishing, royalties, mechanicals, points and advance fees with the creators of this kit (VIKTHEVILLIN). Clearance will be granted once fair splits, and shared production credits between you and the creators of this kit (VIKTHEVILLIN) are determined.

Can I use these samples for beat licensing/major releases?

The usability of Sample Supply's samples is dependent on the wishes of the producer. The usage rights will be stated in the description of the sample pack on Sample Supply and/or in the terms & conditions contained within the pack once downloaded. If nothing is stated in either location for a specific sample pack, the samples contained in that pack may be used for online beat licensing and/or smaller releases (under 500,000 streams). Once a release surpasses this 500k stream milestone, Sample Supply must be contacted to clear the sample so that royalties & publishing rights can be split between everyone involved.
